ProCaptura products HydroCap®, TopoCap® and TeleCap® all have their uniqueness and special features. The workflow management system, however can be used with any of these products like the rest of ProCapturas components.
What can our Workflow Management System do for you?The ProCaptura Process Management System (PCPMS) is designed to manage ProCaptura's production modules and define a complete system for capturing data and high quality information. The PCPMS will establish the production line, divide it in several sub-processes, create necessary relations between them and subsequently display a workflow monitoring all activities.
It also assists the operators to follow specific procedures - a process that ensures efficiency and quality. Furthermore the PCPMS will manage your IT infrastructure; utilizing free computer capacity, preventing disks from filling up, alert data congestion and manages the back up procedures. Finally the PCPMS will generate management reports, monitor production efficiency and create status reports from each process. The PCPMS will run as an automated process with a minimum of operator interaction, just like any production system from ProCaptura.
